Joan and Kevin are unethical and unprofessional. They had a proprty listed which I put in a full offer and my realitor made sure to ask if anyone else was interested and to let us know if any other offers came in. We surprisingly didn't get the winning bid and turns out Joan and her husband are now the owners. I can't believe someone would ruin their reputation for such a small amount of money that proprty will net them. I'll be letting the realitors association deal with their conflict of interest and unethical behavior.
