Casa Calderon has 111 apartment units of which are 1 bedroom , 11 are handicap assessable. All units come equipped with individually controlled heating & air conditioning, refrigerator and stove. Residents pay their telephone and electrical services. Water, sewer, gas and trash removal services are included in the rent. The amount of rent paid by an eligible household is determined by 30% of their adjusted gross income.
