The Department of Geriatrics at the FSU College of Medicine is excited to announce its 5th Annual Advances in Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Symposium. As we continue to live longer, healthier lives, it is important to continue to expand our understanding of how we age, and how we can age well. This conference explores the newest approaches to enhance the quality of care and life of older adults in the post-acute and long-term care continuum.
