Join us for our Hard Hat Tours and get a look at The Flex at Stadium Centre construction site! he Flex at Stadium Centre, new student housing opening Fall 2019, is steps from the Florida State University campus.
Event Details
Only 10 people are permitted per tour, one person per ticket.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early and meet us at our Leasing Center. We will walk to the construction site from there.

Please keep in mind the following:
DO:
- Wear a hard hat, long pants, full length sleeved shirt, and closed toed shoes (hard hat will be provided to you)
- Put on shoe covers before entering the model (shoe covers will be provided to you)
- Explore the room
- Ask questions
DON'T:
- Touch finished surfaces
- Use bathrooms
- Adjust the temperature settings
- Enter restricted areas
- Smoke inside the fence or inside the building
