Picasso's began because of a love between art and music! Brad Hunt is a musician and lover of all things music... His wife of 10 years, Ally, is an artist and lover of all things artistic. They decided that Pensacola was missing the type of place where people could go to congregate...mingle...eat...observe...and especially enjoy innovative live music in an inviting, creative atmosphere on historic Palafox Place in downtown Pensacola.
So the idea of Picasso's was born to these two business owners who hope to add to the already dynamic atmosphere that is now in downtown Pensacola. "We plan to showcase local talent as well as talent from around the country. What we are creating is a brilliantly decorated music venue with fabulous food, interesting and enlightening visual arts in a room fitting for historic Pensacola - the perfect blend of appreciation for our music heritage, re-purposed for today's music performers and listeners. You can expect to hear Live Contemporary Jazz, Gypsy Jazz, Delta Blues, Smooth Jazz, and some surprises along the way. Our menu will feature Farm to Table Cuisine and we make every attempt to buy from local growers that we have found that are growing food we would want to eat.
