Permanently Closed.. At Jon Smith Subs in Colonia, we are committed to serving the highest quality, large portioned, mouthwatering sub. We use only the absolute highest quality meats, sliced daily, farm-fresh vegetables and sub rolls baked fresh daily. We do not microwave, we do not steam, we do not pre-cook and we do not pre-heat. Our subs are fresh fresh fresh!
Our menu offers a variety of marinated sirloin steak subs including the Steak Bomb, marinated grilled chicken subs including the Chicken Bomb, grilled specialties including the Gator, and giant deli subs including the Triple Deli Classic. All subs can be combined with our cooked to order fries or potato chips. We also offer a kids menu, salads and cookies.
