Derrick Stroup loves a Waffle House that is clean and cares about its customers. Originally from Alabama, Derrick is not your average slow talkin' Southerner.  With the cadence of a spastic auctioneer, he locks people in with his detailed stories and over the top energy. After four years running the comedy roads in Alabama, he moved to Denver, Colorado and has never looked back.  He's a regular in the Colorado clubs, and has started gaining national recognition after his top placement at the Comedy Works New Faces Competition. He has opened for Frank Caliendo, Brian Posehn and Josh Blue, among others.
