Jon Shell is a Pensacola native who graduated from the University of Central Florida, where he received degrees in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. SInce graduation, he has returned to Pensacola to apply his passion and professional expertise towards enhancing his hometown. Since being home Jon has founded Upward Intuition, co-founded Jeff's Corner Garden, and joined the team at Levin Rinke Realty.

The mission of Upward Intuition is to inspire and empower the next generations for a greater community. Their current project is the planning and development of a recently-approved community park underneath I-110. The park will be anchored with a world-class skatepark and will include activities and amenities for people of all ages and interests. The overarching goal is for the park to be the catalyst for the revitalization of the I-110 corridor that is the gateway into Pensacola's downtown and waterfront.

The mission of Jeff's Corner Garden, named for Jon's brother Jeff, is to educate and support Pensacola's individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them develop valuable and employable skills to become contributing members in our local communities. Jeff's Corner Garden has recently merged with the ARC Gateway, is a 2016 Impact 100 grant recipient, and supplies area restaurants with farm-to-table hydroponically grown produce.

Jon is most excited about about the unique opportunity to combine his philanthropic involvement with his real estate exp
