South Walton's Newest Wedding and Event Venue boasts a 5,000 Square Foot Pavilion on 10 acres of land and surrounded by 500 acres of beautiful State Forest. The venue is capable of holding up to 350 seated guests, with plenty of room for parking. Southern Hybrid Homes and the Good Samaritan Institute ("GSI") announces the grand opening of the Point Washington Preserve ("PWP") event pavilion in Santa Rosa Beach. PWP, South Walton's newest event venue, can accommodate 350 people and is quietly nestled in 300 acres of state forest.

The facility will host weddings, corporate events and much more, including retreats for scientists and engineers sponsored by GSI.
