Owner Ana Mares-Guia (Divya Jyoti or DJ) has practiced yoga non-stop since age 14, trained for four years as a yoga teacher in Brazil and for one year as a yoga therapist in India during a residential training at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai. On a second trip to India, Ana did an internship in Clinical Ayurvedic Medicine with Dr. Vasant Lad at this Clinic in Pune. In addition, Ana has a Master's degree from Lesley University in Yoga Therapy applied to Mental Health. Divya Jyoti Yoga Therapy Center offers private yoga therapy sessions to children, teenagers and adults. In addition, we have once a month meditation groups in the mornings and evenings, which is a nice way to get an introduction to DJ's work and begin a wellness practice.
