The process of yoga may take many forms.........breathing, chanting, postures, yamas and niyamas, study of scripture, prayers and aarti, tapas, inner silence, diet, acts of kindness and giving are all among them. These are all practices that support and further this auspicious journey. For those of you who ache for something more in your lives..........you know who you are.......we are looking for you..........we are here to support you. We are here to build a supportive setting in which to nourish spirit. We wish to create a family......a family of seekers....who are desirous and willing to explore this path through their lives.....with their lives........... and we promise to embrace the integrity of the original Teachings that has been discovered by the ancients and gnostics of old down through the ages.
