Marina Civic Center houses a 2,509 seat theatre, fully equipped stage, industry standard sound and lighting systems, and in-house Box Office ticketing. Additionally, the facility has three meeting rooms; perfect for conferences, seminars & receptions. Marina Civic Center sits on the Historic St. Andrew Bay, a focal point in Panama City and just a short walk from downtown area shops, restaurants and art galleries. Marina Civic Center is under the ownership of the City of Panama City. Facility operations are managed by the Bay Arts Alliance - 501c3 charitable nonprofit local arts organization.
